Pastor Brent Parker was born in Lovington, New Mexico, but spent his 5th-12th grade years in Abilene, Texas where his Dad and Mom pastored. In 1989, he graduated from Tomlinson Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee. After a brief time in Nashville and then in Rapid City, Brent moved to Pierre, South Dakota, where he served as worship leader and associate pastor of Living Waters Fellowship.

Pastor Tani was born in Winner, South Dakota, and grew up in Presho. She has a wonderful testimony of God's power to deliver and heal. In 1990 she moved to Pierre where she met Pastor Brent. They were married in 1992.

In 1993 Pastor Brent and Tani moved to Rapid city to serve Dove Christian Center in the area of worship and singles ministry.

In 1998 God led Pastors Brent and Tani to start Destiny Foursquare Church in Rapid City. Evidence of God's hand at work abounds.

Exceptionally gifted musically, Pastor Brent plays several instruments including keyboard and drums. He has released two praise and worship tapes and has written, some in collaboration with Tani, numerous vibrant worship songs. Worship at Destiny is an alive and moving experience.

Pastor Brent is also anointed in the pulpit. He couples a sound understanding of God's word with divine insight and practical wisdom in a way that produces a down-to-earth lifestyle in which God's Word lives and works in today's world. Pastor Tani also preaches with Holy Spirit unction delivering a straight-from-the-heart message that brings God's healing to the hurting.

Members of the congregation testify that Pastors Brent and Tani are compassionate, loving people who genuinely care about people and desire to see them reach their potential and destiny in God's Kingdom.
